GlassQube Coworking has announced the signing of a joint Memorandum of Understanding with Water Solutions TZ (WST), a subsidiary of a large Tanzanian based family office group.
The MOU outlines a joint GlassQube-WST commitment to explore investment and expansion strategies into the rapidly growing African market, with an initial focus on East Africa and eventual roll out across the continent.
According to GlassQube CEO, Bernard Lee, “Our target markets in East Africa experienced average GDP growth of 8% in 2018 representing one of the fastest growing markets in the world. We look forward to the entering this exciting market and growing our dynamic platform across the continent and beyond with our new regional partners.”
The partnership expects to launch its first joint project in Nairobi by early Q3-2019.
